Forensic Mapping Services is owned by Mr. Brad Joice, who has over 21 years of police experience. Brad has almost 10 years experience as a Collision Investigator / Reconstructionist and in excess or 9 years as a Forensic Investigator, specializing in Forensic Mapping.
